You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date your package was marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following strict criteria:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- The product must be enclosed in its original retail packaging, complete with all tags, labels, user manuals, and complimentary accessories.

We are dedicated to a zero-risk shopping experience for our US customers:
- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00. Vtlan will provide you with a pre-paid trackable shipping label at no cost to you.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. There are absolutely no restocking, handling, or administrative fees applied to any return.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Request: Email our support team at care@vtlan.shop with your order number and a brief statement regarding the reason for return (e.g., wrong size, color variation, or change of mind).
- Receive Pre-paid Label: Once reviewed and approved by our team (usually within 24 hours), we will send you a downloadable, pre-paid return shipping label via email along with instructions on how to package the item.
- Drop Off Package: Print the pre-paid label, securely attach it to the return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (e.g., USPS/UPS) within 7 days of receiving the label.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, visibly damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately at care@vtlan.shop with clear digital photographs or a brief video demonstrating the issue. We will prioritize your case and immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement or process a full refund, fully covering all associated costs.
6. 10-Day Refund Processing Time
Once your return shipment is received at our facility, it undergoes a standard quality inspection (completed within 2 business days). Following inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on item condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Per our strict commitment, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., the specific credit card or PayPal account used) within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may take an additional 2-5 days to post the credit to your statement.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement. To cancel, please email care@vtlan.shop immediately. If the order has already been processed and dispatched into the logistics stream, we cannot halt transmission, and you will need to initiate a standard return upon delivery.
