1. Shipping Destination & Focus
We specialize exclusively in fulfillment and delivery to addresses located within the United States (including the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
2. Shipping Cost: Free Shipping
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden charges at checkout. Vtlan provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders nationwide. There is no minimum purchase threshold, no membership required, and no unexpected delivery surcharges.
3. Direct Timeline Breakdown (Handling & Transit Time)
To avoid any ambiguity and keep our customers fully informed, our shipping cycle is strictly split into two operational segments:
- Order Handling Time (Processing): 1 to 3 Business Days. This refers to the duration from when you place your order until it physically leaves our fulfillment center. During this window, we verify payment, conduct quality checks, securely pack items, and generate the carrier shipping labels. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major US/Australian national holidays).
- Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 7 to 13 Business Days. This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to transport your package from our warehouse facility to your designated delivery address.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days.
4. Carrier Network and Real-Time Tracking
We partner with reputable domestic and international mail carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Within 24 hours of your order being handed over to the carrier, we will automatically transmit a shipping confirmation email to you containing a unique Tracking Number and a direct link to track your package's movement in real time.
5. Unforeseen Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every logistical effort to hit our target dates, rare external delays can occur. These include extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe blizzards, hurricanes), postal strikes, custom clearances, global supply chain backlogs, or national emergencies. In such scenarios, transit times may exceed 13 business days. If your package experiences a significant delay, our team will proactively update you via email and provide full assistance until it safely reaches your door.
6. Address Modifications and Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes necessary unit, suite, or apartment numbers. If you spot a mistake, contact us at care@vtlan.shop within 12 hours. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the address. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reach out to you to arrange re-delivery.
